Laurin Stroud is a certified social worker and counselor who provides our patients with emotional and mental health support. She is available by appointment for routine sessions, in person or via telehealth. You are more than just your physical body, you are also 
your mind, your thoughts and your emotions, your spiritual life, your past, your present, and your future. All these aspects of you affect your physical health, therefore, overall wellbeing is a well-balanced integration of all these parts that make you who you are. We believe they all need and deserve nurturing, and that seeking that nurturing is what it means to take care of yourself fully, responsibly, and wholesomely.
